Police are confirming the discovery of seemingly human remains in the community of Mardigras, St. George, on Tuesday 19th January, 2021.    Forensic evidence was collected which may suggest or confirm the identity of the remains.   Police investigations are ongoing.

Members of the Criminal Investigation Department are presently investigating the circumstances that lead to a shooting in the community of Calivigny, St. George, on Monday 18th January, 2021.     One man is warded at the General Hospital in stable condition, as a result of this incident.   Police investigations are ongoing.
