The Royal Grenada Police Force hereby notifies the general public that there will be live ammunition training at the Pearls Airstrip, Camp Raymond (Pearls), St. Andrew on Saturday 12th March, 2022 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.   The public and in particular residents of Pearl’s, St. Andrew, and surrounding areas inclusive of  animals owners, small craft and boat operators are strongly advised to refrain from using the said area until the completion of the training.

Michael Anthony Burrell, a 59 years old, Jamaican citizen and Construction Worker residing at Confer, St. George was arrested and charged by officers attached to the Drug Squad Unit with two (2) counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Drug and one (1) count of Attempting to Export a Controlled Drug.   The charges were laid after a search was conducted at his home and on his person, where the following items were discovered, a black plastic bag containing one (1) pound of cocaine with an estimated street value of $45, 454.00 and two (2) bottles of hair product tested positive…
