The Royal Grenada Police Force (RGPF) invites applications from suitable individuals interested in joining the Force.   Applications can be submitted via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or must reach Police Headquarters, Fort George no later than Wednesday 20th April, 2022. Applicants must be between the ages of 19 and 35 years old.   Application forms are available at Police Headquarters, Grenville Police Station, Sauteurs Police Station, Gouyave Police Station, Carriacou Police Station and Central Police Station. Police are confirming that a fire occurred at a newly constructed section of the Coast Guard Base, True Blue, St. George today (4.4.2022). Extensive damages were done to a portion of the structure and its contents were engulfed in the blaze.   The cause of the fire is unknown. Investigations are ongoing.
The Royal Grenada Police Force hereby notifies the general public that there will be live ammunition training at the Pearls Airstrip, Camp Raymond, St. Andrew on Thursday 31st March, 2022 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.   The public and in particular residents of Pearl’s, St. Andrew, and surrounding areas inclusive of animals owners, small craft and boat operators are strongly advised to refrain from using the said area until the completion of the training.
Officers attached to Drug Squad Unit during an operation on Saturday 19th March 2022, executed a search warrant at the home of Ron Richardson, 30 years, Vendor of Grenville, St. Andrew. During the search three (3) packages of cannabis weighing sixteen (16) pounds were seized. The drug has an estimated street value of EC$36,288.00.   Ron Richardson along with Vincentian national Roland Hooper, 35 years, Construction Worker of Petit Bordel, St. Vincent and Grenadines were arrested and charged for Trafficking in a Controlled Drug following the discovery.   Both men appeared at the Grenville Magistrate’s Court on Monday 21st March…
