Man Charged with Cruelty to Dumb Animal

A St. Andrew resident will appear at the St. Andrew Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday 27th March, 2020 charged with the offence of Cruelty to Dumb Animal.
 
Alister Charles, 56 years, Truck Driver, of Conference is alleged to have caused bodily harm to his neighbour’s dog sometime between the 1st and 2nd January, 2020.
 
Charles has been granted bail in the sum of five thousand dollars with one surety.
