Bus Driver on Sex Charges with a Minor

A St. George bus driver has been charged with four counts of having sexual intercourse with a minor.
 
Rudel James, 45 years, resident of Park Estate was arrested for allegedly committing the acts of sexual contact with the minor following a report to the police on March 23rd.
The offenses were alleged to have occurred between January 1st 2020 and March 22nd 2020.
 
James appeared before the St. George’s Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday 24th March, 2020 and was granted thirty-thousand dollars bail with two sureties. As part of the bail conditions he is to have no contact with the witnesses and will have to change his residence.
 
His next court date is July 17th 2020.
