RGPF Warns Against Sharing Video

The Royal Grenada Police Force (RGPF) is aware of a sexually explicit video that is circulating on social media, and is reminding the general public that the sharing of said video is against the law.

The RGPF is advising persons to desist from sharing the video, in any format, digital or otherwise, as this constitutes an offence according to Section 10 of The Electronic Crimes Act of 2013.

The general public is also informed that the penalty on summary conviction is a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding three years or to both.
