A foreign national presently on vacation on the island of Carriacou, was reportedly raped by a resident of the island.
The incident occurred on Thursday 18th February, 2021, at approximately 10:00 a.m., while the visitor was out exercising at Belmont, Carriacou.
The suspect is in police custody assisting with investigations.
Police investigations are ongoing.
