Student Charged for Stabbing Incident

A sixteen (16) year old student was arrested and charged for Grievous Harm in relation to a stabbing incident that occurred on Wednesday 12th May, 2021, at the Grenville Bus Terminus. 

 

The incident involved another student who received two stab wounds to his chest and left arm.  He is presently warded at the General Hospital in a stable condition.

 

The accused student was granted bail in the amount of seven thousand dollars ($7,000.00) with one (1) surety and is expected to appear in court at a later date.

 

Another student is presently in custody assisting with investigations.

 

Police investigations are ongoing.
