The Traffic Department of the Royal Grenada Police Force is advising the general public and in particular residences of Beausejour, Brizan, Perseverance and surrounding areas that the Grenada Solid Waste Management Authority will be closing their Old Waste Site located at Perseverance, St. George.
This closure will commence on Wednesday 23rd March to April 29th 2022, between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm daily which may result in the delay of traffic.
Residence of Brizan and surrounding areas are asked to refrain from parking their vehicles along the Brizan Main Road, in order to limit obstruction due to the use of 20 tonnes trucks that will be used to transport material from Beausejour to Perseverance, St. George.
The Traffic Department along with GSWMA apologise for the inconvenience that will be caused and look forward to your usual cooperation.
