St. George Resident on Theft Related Charges

Solomon Mitchell, 50 years, Tiler of Belmont, who appeared before the St. George’s Magistrate’s Court on Thursday 4th July, 2019 on a series of Housebreaking and Stealing offences was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison.
 
Mitchell has been charged with three (3) counts of Housebreaking and Stealing and one (1) count of Damage to Property, following three separated breakings one of which included the property of MTV News Room situated at Kirani James Boulevard, St. George.
 
He isalleged of stealing articles valued at two thousand, four hundred and fifty dollars ($2,450.00ECC) and damage to articles valued at one thousand, seven hundred and fifty dollars ($1, 750.00 ECC) from the property of MTV. The offences were reported to have occurred between 17th and 18th June 2019.
 
He is due to reappear in Court on Friday July 12th 2019.
