The Traffic Department of the Royal Grenada Police Force hereby reminds all motorist that the Mt. Rush Public Road is closed to all vehicular traffic, and may remain closed for the next 8 weeks, providing that works are on schedule.  Further we hereby advise that violators will be pursued and charged for disregarding such directive. 

This reminder is necessary as we have received reports of individuals violating this directive and still using the roadway.   The latest incident that was brought to our attention occurred on Saturday May 1, 2021, and will be investigated and charges may be laid against the perpetrator.

Motorists are encouraged to be co-operative and understanding in this regard.
