The Traffic Department of the Royal Grenada Police Force wishes to advise residents in the parish of St. Andrew, that the venue for Theoretical Driving Exams has been relocated from Pearls to Simon Industrial Park, St. Andrew, for Thursday 26th November, 2020.   All practical driving exams will remain at Pearls, St. Andrew.   This temporary relocation is to facilitate repairs to the examination site at Pearls.     All Covid19 regulations must be observed.  
Aruna Neptune, 42 years, Journalist residing at Marian, St. George, was arrested and charged by Officers of the Criminal Investigation Department on two counts of Damage to Property.    Neptune was charged on Wednesday November 25th, 2020, after reports of her causing damages to a vehicle in the vicinity of St. George’s, were received.   She is in police custody awaiting bail.   Police investigations are ongoing.
Tim McKinney, a visiting doctor, and his partner Amy Baxter, arrived in Grenada on November 1st, 2020, and were approved for home quarantine.  They failed to adhere to the protocols for home quarantine, as per Ministry of Health Protocols and were arrested and charged.    They appeared at the St. George’s Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday 25th November, 2020, and were fined five thousand dollars ($5000.00) each, to be paid forthwith.   The fines were paid and they were subsequently released.       
A St. Andrew man was charged for Possession of ammunition and stealing from a dwelling house on Tuesday 24th November, 2020.  The accused was charged for Stealing one (1) firearm along with its ammunition.  Charged is 25 year old Shane Dominique, Electrician of Villa Road, Soubise, St. Andrew.  He will appear at the Grenville Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday 25th November, 2020. In an unrelated matter, police are investigating the discovery of one hundred rounds of .22 ammunition and fifty cartridges of ammunition.  This discovery was made during a police operation at the weekend.   Police investigations are continuing.
