Man Charged for Breaking Quarantine A visiting national has been fined 3-thousand dollars for breaching the COVID-19 mandatory quarantine regulations. Don Thomas, 47 years, of Toronto, Canada pleaded guilty to the charge of Failing to Remain in Quarantine, as per Section 8 of the 2020 Quarantine (COVID-19) Regulations. Paradise Man Charged for Stealing Praedial Produce Javel Nelson, a 26 year old, Steel Bender of Paradise, St. Andrew, has been arrested and charged in connection with the stealing of approximately seven hundred pounds of soursop that were reportedly stolen from a farm at River Antoine, St. Patrick.
