The Royal Grenada Police Force will be conducting live ammunition training at the Pearls Airstrip, Camp Raymond (Pearls), St. Andrew on Saturday 13th March, 2021 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.   Should there be an absolute necessity to use the area, animal owners, small craft operators and the general public are advised to exercise extreme caution when venturing into this area.  
Officers attached to the Special Victims Unit arrested and charged a bus driver and his conductor on Thursday 4th March, 2021, for Indecent Assault and Abetting a Crime.    These charges arose from an incident involving a minor who was travelling on a public bus during the month of February 2021, and was inappropriately touched by the conductor.   Charged for the offence of Indecent Assault is Shaquill Jones, 22 years, Bus Conductor of La Borie, St. George, while Sammy Bedassie a 29 year old Bus Driver of Maran, St. John, received a charge of Abetting a Crime.   Both…

Kevin Phillip alias Gath, 28 years, Fisherman and Shamar Langdon, a 24 year old Bartender, both of Paradise, St. Andrew, who were arrested and charged by Officers of the Drug Squad Unit on Monday 1st March, 2021, appeared at the St. George’s # 3 Magistrates Courts on Thursday 4th March, 2021.   Phillip and Langdon were charged for the offence of Trafficking a Controlled Drug to wit two hundred and ninety-two (292) pounds of Cannabis.    Langdon was granted bail in the amount of eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000.00) with two (2) sureties.  He is to surrender all his travel documents,…
