During the early hours of Monday 1st March 2021, officers attached to the Drug Squad, Carriacou Special Operations Team and the Grenada Coast Guard, conducted an operation to the North of the island. During this operation a black and blue fishing boat was pursued and intercepted. Nine (9) nylon bags and one (1) bale containing plant like material resembling Cannabis that were ditched from the vessel were retrieved.
